Yes, absolutely. You must consume products from food trucks and kiosks. Outside food or drinks are not allowed, only your b-day cake ;). For parties of +12 people, a limit of 2 hours is allowed during peak days and hours (Fri, Sat and Sun 7pm-10pm).
